Our Story
In the 1980s, Wayne Wu was a young architect contributing to Walt Disney’s EPCOT vision — the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. Disney dreamed of a city where people would live in constant innovation, but the concept was never fully realized.
Four Decades Later
Wayne is reviving this vision with Star Ranch. Located in Pahrump, Nevada, Star Ranch is designed as a living EPCOT: a modern, sustainable community where entrepreneurs don’t just work on startups — they live inside an innovation ecosystem that supports them at every step.
