Wayne Wu began his architectural career over 40 years ago, working as a young architect on Walt
Disney’s EPCOT Center. Walt Disney’s original vision for EPCOT was to create a living “Community of
Tomorrow” — not just a theme park, but a functioning prototype city that showcased the future of
design, technology, and human experience. Although that dream was never fully realized, Wayne has
carried that inspiration throughout his career.

Wayne has led projects in architecture, urban design, and experiential development, bringing together
teams that merge design with technology and operations. His career has focused on creating spaces
where people don’t just observe innovation, but live within it. He has been recognized for his ability to
translate visionary concepts into pragmatic, buildable projects.

As Founder of Star Ranch, Wayne is reviving the EPCOT dream as the world’s first Experimental
Prototype Business (EPB) Village — a 30-acre real estate-backed destination in Nevada where visitors
and investors can walk through tomorrow, today. Star Ranch will host 40+ automation-driven businesses
in food, retail, hospitality, and creative industries, combining real estate security with scalable, replicable
business models.
